Sandwiches are the focus of the late night menu, exploring the classics in new ways. “There is nothing more American than the sandwich,” Rindgen claimed. “Our chefs put extreme effort into creating every sandwich, usually working for months to perfect it before it appears on the menu.” The most popular sandwiches include the PB&J Burger, the Colonial Burger, Southern Chicken Sandwich, and the Reuben. In coming months, you’ll see more intriguing sandwiches such as a Chicken Burger along with a vegetarian Quinoa “Meatball” Sub.
Offering 21 rotating craft beers on draft, a wide variety of wines, specialty cocktails, and rotating frozen drinks, the impressive drink selection and happy hour specials make it a go-to place any night of the week. Diverse crowds are attracted to the locale with special events such as Tuesday Trivia Nights, Wine Down Wednesdays, and “Yuengs ‘n Wings” every Thursday. And no matter what dish you choose for brunch, you can enjoy bottomless mimosas with any food purchase. The owners are so ecstatic with their accomplishments at this venture that they plan to open a high-energy Mexican restaurant with a contemporary atmosphere, perfect for private parties or large groups.
