Cauliflower
  1. Season cauliflower with olive oil and S&P. Place cut side down on hot grill for 3 minutes. Quarter turn and grill for another 2 minutes. Flip and repeat on other side.
Relish
  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, sweat the shallots and garlic until translucent in the 10% oil blend, S&P to taste.
  2. Add capers, roasted peppers, cherry peppers, Kalamata olives, red pepper flakes and then reduce heat to low. Add extra virgin olive oil, and keep on low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add parsley. Reserve for plating.
To Plate
  1. Place cauliflower steak on plate, off center. With a tbsp., generously run the relish across the steak, letting the oil run down naturally. Serve immediately.
