Instructions
Pasta
  1. Prepare pasta as label directs; drain and drizzle with oil. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 4 days.
For Serving
  1. Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat; add ½ cup zucchini and cook until tender and starting to brown, about 3 minutes. Add ¼ cup tomatoes, 1½ cups pasta and 2 slices bacon; cook until tomatoes blister and start to wilt, about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer to a bowl; toss with 1 cup spinach, 2 tablespoons each Asiago cheese and Parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons vinaigrette. Garnish with basil and pepper.
  2. Optional: serve with Constanzo's Bakery Whole Grain Rich Rolls
