Instructions
  1. Bloom the gelatin in water for 5 minutes. Heat 2 cups cream and ¼ cup sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Whisk in chocolate hazelnut spread and vanilla extract until smooth, being careful not to let mixture boil; whisk in bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Pour mixture into 4-ounce ramekins; refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  2. Beat remaining 1 cup cream and ¼ cup sugar in bowl of stand mixer with whisk attachment until soft peaks form; slowly stream in Frangelico until incorporated.
  3. For serving, run a small spatula around inside edge of ramekin to loosen; invert onto dessert plate. Pipe Frangelico cream on top and garnish with a sliced strawberry, chocolate shavings and chopped hazelnuts.
