Chimichurri
  1. In a blender, place parsley, oregano, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and vinegar. Puree ingredients and slowly add the olive oil until completely emulsified.

  1. In a small pan, heat the oil blend. Add onions, brown on both sides.
  2. Add red wine and reduce heat to medium low. Braise for 15 minutes or until onions are tender.
Churrasco
  1. Season steak with Northwoods steak seasoning.
  2. In a medium pan, heat oil blend. Sear steak or 3 minutes on each side. Let Rest.
  3. Slice into 4 slices.
To Plate
  1. Spoon the chimichurri sauce generously throughout the plate. Place 3 cipollini onions across the back of the plate. Fan the steak slices in front of the onions. Serve immediately.
