Instructions
  1. Dip sliced corned beef in hot cooking liquid until just warm. Remove and drain.
  2. Dip cut side of roll top into hot cooking broth.
  3. Top bottom roll with hot corned beef, hot sauerkraut, Havarti cheese.
  4. Dress top roll with rosemary mustard, top sandwich, pick and cut.
Weck Roll
  1. In small saucepan over medium-high heat, stir together the water and cornstarch. Bring to a simmer, stirring. Cook until mixture thickens and is translucent. Remove from heat.
  2. Brush roll tops with hot cornstarch glaze. Sprinkle with coarse kosher salt and caraway seeds. Place in 325°F oven and cook for 3-5 minutes to set the glaze.
Rosemary Mustard
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Keeps for 1 week.
