Instructions
  1. Combine pink salt and kosher salt in a bowl. Wet the salt enough so it will hold the oysters without sliding. Place the salt on a square plate, in 4 separate piles. Place an oyster on each salt pile.
  2. Put a drop of sweet chili sauce in each oyster. Place a jalapeno and sweet pepper slice on each oyster. Garnish with lime wedge.
