Vegetable Tempura with Miso-Mustard and Ginger-Tamari

Vegetable Tempura

The Power of Plant Based

Vegetables are taking center stage! In fact, fifty percent of consumers would like to see a greater variety of vegetarian options. With greater sustainability and health benefits, new flavors in plant-based options interest both vegetarians and meat-lovers alike.

Deliver bold, authentic ethnic flavors, as seen in this tempura recipe, to make your vegetarian menu stand out. Katy’s Kitchen tempura batter allows vegetables to appear simply “kissed” by the batter, maintaining the integrity of the vegetables. Or make the batter from scratch and kick up the flavor with Katy’s Kitchen Sriracha Seasoning.
